Donate Food

We gratefully accept donations of non perishable food. Look for one of our donation bins at the local grocery stores or at the library.  Additionally, the pantry accepts donations on:

  • Thursday mornings between 8:30 and 11 AM
  • Friday morning between 8:30 and 11 AM
  • Saturday mornings between 8:30 and 11 AM

Feel free to contact us for more information, or to arrange a different drop off time, or if you have perishable food. Please make sure that all donated food has not been opened and is not expired. We cannot accept medicines or vitamins of any kind, including over-the-counter. 

Below is a list of the products currently most needed by the Pantry.
  • Canned Fruit (Fruit Cocktail, Pineapple, Mixed Fruit, etc.)
  • SPAM
  • Canned Ham
  • Baked Beans
  • Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • Brown Rice (small – 1 pound)
  • Jelly and Jams (Apricot, Strawberry, Raspberry, Orange Marmalade, Grape)
  • Cookies/Crackers
  • Canned Beets
  • White (Albacore Tuna)


We always need the following items and encourage donors to wait and purchase them on sale. If you are planning a food drive please consider selecting items from this list:

  • Canned Broths, all soups especially Vegetable Beef Soup, Chunky Soups and Chowders
  • Canned meats (Spam, Hash, Chili, Stews, Chicken)
  • Canned Chili, Beef Ravioli, Beefaroni
  • Canned White (Albacore) Tuna
  • Canned Fruit ( Applesauce, Mangoes, Peaches, Pears, Fruit Cocktail, Pineapple, Mandarin Oranges, Cranberry sauce, etc. )
  • Canned Veggies (Peas, Green Beans, Beets, Corn, Carrots)
  • Instant Mashed Potatoes, Au Gratin and Scalloped Boxed Potatoes
  • Juice (Cranberry, Cran-Raspberry, Apple, etc.)
  • Stuffing, Gravy, Cranberry Sauce
  • Peanut butter, grape jelly and all jams
  • Tomato Products (Paste-small, Stewed-small, Whole, Pureed, Crushed, Diced-small, Sauce-small, Spaghetti sauce-any)
  • Rice, any (White, Jasmine, Basmati, Wild, Arborio, Brown, etc.)
  • Cold and hot cereals
  • Pancake mix and syrups
  • Cake, Brownie and Muffin mixes
  • Cookies, Crackers, Granola-Fiber-Protein-Breakfast bars
  • Ground and Instant Regular Coffee
  • Black (Orange Pekoe) Tea and Herbal Teas
  • Pasta (Ziti, Rigatoni, Penne, Macaroni, Shells, etc
  • Gluten Free food products
  • Condiments (Mayonnaise, Ketchup, Mustard, Relish, Soy Sauce, Salad Dressings, etc.)
  • Reusable shopping bags are always welcome!

How to Donate Money

The Pantry is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation, so your contribution is fully tax deductible. All contributions will be acknowledged. Donations can be made in honor of a special occasion or in memory of someone.
